CVSS v3.1 |
| Bridge is affected by an Untrusted Search Path vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. Scope is changed. |
| Bridge is affected by an Untrusted Search Path vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. A low-privileged attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. Scope is changed. |
| Inappropriate implementation in Updater in Google Chrome on Mac prior to 151.0.7922.72 allowed a local attacker to perform OS-level privilege escalation via a malicious file. (Chromium security severity: Medium) |
| Uncontrolled Search Path Element vulnerability in ArkSigner Software and Hardware Industry and Trade Inc. ArkSigner Desktop Client allows Search Order Hijacking.
This issue affects ArkSigner Desktop Client: from v2.2.16.10 through 17062026. |
| RabbitMQ is a messaging and streaming broker. Prior to 3.13.15, 4.0.20, 4.1.11, and 4.2.6, RabbitMQ does not perform authorization checks on passive queue.declare and exchange.declare AMQP 0-9-1 operations, allowing any authenticated user who can connect to a virtual host to enumerate queue and exchange names and read queue message and consumer counts. This issue is fixed in versions 3.13.15, 4.0.20, 4.1.11, and 4.2.6. |
| Realtek Audio Service 1.0.0.55 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in RtkAudioService64.exe that allows local attackers to escalate privileges by injecting malicious code. Attackers can place executable files in the unquoted service path directory to execute arbitrary code with LocalSystem privileges during service startup or system reboot. |
| Vembu StoreGrid 4.0 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in the RemoteBackup and RemoteBackup_webServer services that allows local attackers to escalate privileges. Attackers can place a malicious executable in the unquoted path and restart the service to execute code with LocalSystem privileges. |
| SAProuter on Microsoft Windows allows an unauthenticated attacker to load library (DLL) files from an untrusted location, allowing them to execute malicious code on the system. This could enable the attacker to hijack the DLL loading process and achieve arbitrary code execution. This has high impact on confidentiality, integrity and availability of the system. |
| Animate is affected by an Untrusted Search Path vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. Scope is changed. |
| Illustrator is affected by an Untrusted Search Path vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. Scope is changed. |
| A
DLL hijacking vulnerability exists in the GeoVision GV-IP Device Utility
desktop application. The application loads one or more dynamic-link libraries
(DLLs) from an unsafe search path, allowing a local attacker to place a
malicious DLL in a location searched before the legitimate library
location. |
| PBackupVSS.exe in Matrix42 Empirum before 25.5 and 26.x before 26.2 creates a named pipe (\\.\pipe\PBackupVSS) with a DACL that grants GENERIC_READ and GENERIC_WRITE permissions to all authenticated users. A low-privileged local attacker can connect to this pipe and send crafted IPC messages to trigger execution of arbitrary commands with SYSTEM privileges via an untrusted search path. This allows privilege escalation by placing a malicious shadow.exe in a controlled working directory. |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in Tencent PC Manager 18.1.30242.301. This issue affects some unknown processing in the library qmudisk64.sys of the component QMUDisk Driver. The manipulation leads to uncontrolled search path. The attack must be carried out locally. The attack is considered to have high complexity. The exploitability is assessed as difficult. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| Malwarebytes 4.5 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in the MBAMService executable that allows local attackers to escalate privileges by injecting malicious code into the system root path. Attackers can place executable files in unquoted path directories that execute with LocalSystem privileges during service startup or system reboot. |
| Wondershare PDFelement 5.2.9 contains a privilege escalation vulnerability due to an unquoted service path in the WsAppService Windows service. Local attackers can place a malicious executable in the service path and execute code with LocalSystem privileges upon service restart or system reboot. |
| Network Inventory Advisor 5.0.26.0 installs the niaservice service with an unquoted binary path that allows local attackers to escalate privileges by placing malicious executables in intermediate directories. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path in the service configuration to execute arbitrary code with LocalSystem privileges when the service starts or restarts. |
| AnyDesk 2.5.0 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability that allows local users to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges by exploiting the service installation. Attackers can insert malicious executables in the system root path that execute with elevated privileges during application startup or system reboot. |
| Wise Care 365 4.27 and Wise Disk Cleaner 9.29 contain unquoted service path vulnerabilities in the WiseBootAssistant and SpyHunter 4 Service respectively, allowing local users to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges. Attackers can insert malicious executables in the system root path that execute during service startup or system reboot with elevated privileges. |
| Windows Firewall Control 4.8.6.0 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability that allows local attackers to escalate privileges by inserting malicious executables in the service path. Attackers can place executable files in unquoted path directories that the wfcs.exe service will execute with LocalSystem privileges upon service restart or system reboot. |
| Realtek High Definition Audio Driver 6.0.1.6730 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability that allows local attackers to escalate privileges by placing a malicious executable in the service path. Attackers can insert an executable file in the unquoted path and restart the service to execute code with LocalSystem privileges. |
