| active_support/core_ext/hash/conversions.rb in Ruby on Rails before 2.3.15, 3.0.x before 3.0.19, 3.1.x before 3.1.10, and 3.2.x before 3.2.11 does not properly restrict casts of string values, which allows remote attackers to conduct object-injection attacks and execute arbitrary code, or cause a denial of service (memory and CPU consumption) involving nested XML entity references, by leveraging Action Pack support for (1) YAML type conversion or (2) Symbol type conversion. |
| Buffer overflow in the readstr_upto function in plug-ins/script-fu/tinyscheme/scheme.c in GIMP 2.6.12 and earlier, and possibly 2.6.13, allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a long string in a command to the script-fu server. |

NOTE: this may later be SPLIT into multiple CVEs if additional information is published showing that the error occurred independently in different TAR parser implementations. |

Antivirus 4.8.1351.0 and 5.0.677.0, and VBA32 3.12.14.2 allows user-assisted remote attackers to bypass malware detection via a RAR file with an initial MZ character sequence. NOTE: this may later be SPLIT into multiple CVEs if additional information is published showing that the error occurred independently in different RAR parser implementations. |
| The TAR file parser in Quick Heal (aka Cat QuickHeal) 11.00, Norman Antivirus 6.06.12, and Sophos Anti-Virus 4.61.0 allows remote attackers to bypass malware detection via a POSIX TAR file with a \4a\46\49\46 character sequence at a certain location. NOTE: this may later be SPLIT into multiple CVEs if additional information is published showing that the error occurred independently in different TAR parser implementations. |
| The color management (CMM) functionality in the 2D component in Oracle Java SE 7 Update 15 and earlier, 6 Update 41 and earlier, and 5.0 Update 40 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (crash) via an image with crafted raster parameters, which triggers (1) an out-of-bounds read or (2) memory corruption in the JVM, as exploited in the wild in February 2013. |
| Multiple stack-based buffer overflows in the inet service in HP OpenView Storage Data Protector 6.00 through 6.20 allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a request containing crafted parameters. |
| The client in HP Data Protector does not properly validate EXEC_CMD arguments, which allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary Perl code via a crafted command, related to the "local bin directory." |
| Directory traversal vulnerability in the _list_file_get function in lib/Majordomo.pm in Majordomo 2 before 20110131 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via .. (dot dot) sequences in the help command, as demonstrated using (1) a crafted email and (2) cgi-bin/mj_wwwusr in the web interface. |
| Use-after-free vulnerability in the CSharedStyleSheet::Notify function in the Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) parser in mshtml.dll, as used in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 through 8 and other products, allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (application crash) via a self-referential @import rule in a stylesheet, aka "CSS Memory Corruption Vulnerability." |

NOTE: this might overlap CVE-2011-4461. |
| Unrestricted file upload vulnerability in the Document Conversions Launcher Service in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 SP2, when the Document Conversions Load Balancer Service is enabled, allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted SOAP request to TCP port 8082, aka "Malformed Request Code Execution Vulnerability." |
| NextChat, also known as ChatGPT-Next-Web, is a cross-platform chat user interface for use with ChatGPT. Versions 2.11.2 and prior are vulnerable to server-side request forgery and cross-site scripting. This vulnerability enables read access to internal HTTP endpoints but also write access using HTTP POST, PUT, and other methods. Attackers can also use this vulnerability to mask their source IP by forwarding malicious traffic intended for other Internet targets through these open proxies. As of time of publication, no patch is available, but other mitigation strategies are available. Users may avoid exposing the application to the public internet or, if exposing the application to the internet, ensure it is an isolated network with no access to any other internal resources.
