| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: PCI/sysfs: Add lockdown checks to legacy I/O and memory handlers Currently, the legacy I/O and memory sysfs handlers do not check security_locked_down(LOCKDOWN_PCI_ACCESS), leaving the legacy_io and legacy_mem files unprotected when the kernel is locked down. Commit eb627e17727e ("PCI: Lock down BAR access when the kernel is locked down") added the check to pci_write_config(), pci_mmap_resource(), and pci_write_resource_io() to prevent userspace from programming DMA-capable hardware that could be used to modify kernel code, but did not cover the legacy handlers. As a result, root can still write arbitrary I/O ports and map the legacy I/O and memory spaces while the kernel is locked down, which is the same capability the lockdown is meant to remove. Add the same check to pci_write_legacy_io(), pci_mmap_legacy_mem(), and pci_mmap_legacy_io(). These generic handlers cover both architectures that define HAVE_PCI_LEGACY (such as Alpha and PowerPC). | When a Gitea Actions run was inserted, older runs in the same workflow-level concurrency group were cancelled without checking whether the new run still needed approval. Because fork pull request runs are inserted under the base repository, a user who can open a pull request from a fork could cancel trusted in-progress runs that share a concurrency group with `cancel-in-progress` enabled, without approval and without running any code. On self-hosted runners this can interrupt deployments and leave partial state behind. | ||||

| Redash is a package for data visualization and sharing. From 26.0.0 until 26.9.0, the DuckDB query runner's _connect() path in redash/query_runner/duckdb.py created connections with enable_external_access left at its default value of true. A user with query access to an administrator-created DuckDB data source could use native file-reading functions to retrieve files readable by the Redash process or use COPY TO to write files with that process's privileges. Reading application secrets such as REDASH_COOKIE_SECRET or REDASH_SECRET_KEY could also enable forged sessions and authentication bypass. This issue is fixed in version 26.9.0. | ||||
