CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
usb: gadget: uac: validate rate list length before storing
UAC1 and UAC2 configfs rate-list attributes parse a comma-separated
list of sampling rates and store each parsed value in fixed-size arrays.
The arrays have UAC_MAX_RATES entries, but the store paths do not check
that the input contains at most that many tokens before writing through
opts->name##s[i++].
Writing more than ten rates therefore writes past the end of the
p_srates[] or c_srates[] array in struct f_uac1_opts or struct
f_uac2_opts.
With CONFIG_UBSAN_BOUNDS enabled, writing an 11-entry rate list to the
UAC1 p_srate attribute reports:
UBSAN: array-index-out-of-bounds
drivers/usb/gadget/function/f_uac1.c:1669:1
index 10 is out of range for type 'int [10]'
__ubsan_handle_out_of_bounds.cold
f_uac1_opts_p_srate_store
configfs_write_iter
vfs_write
ksys_write
do_syscall_64
The same reproducer against the UAC2 p_srate attribute reports:
UBSAN: array-index-out-of-bounds
drivers/usb/gadget/function/f_uac2.c:2087:1
index 10 is out of range for type 'int [10]'
__ubsan_handle_out_of_bounds.cold
f_uac2_opts_p_srate_store
configfs_write_iter
vfs_write
ksys_write
do_syscall_64
Reject additional tokens once UAC_MAX_RATES entries have been parsed.
Also keep the original kstrdup() pointer for kfree(), because strsep()
advances the parsing cursor. Freeing the advanced cursor leaks the
original buffer on successful parses and can free an interior pointer on
some error paths. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
bpf: Fix WARNING in bpf_tracing_link_release
The trampoline could be corrupted by the blindly
'tr->flags = BPF_TRAMP_F_TAIL_CALL_CTX' in verifier.
1. A fexit attached to a tail_call_reachable prog. 'tr->flags' became
'BPF_TRAMP_F_CALL_ORIG | BPF_TRAMP_F_TAIL_CALL_CTX'. And, the
trampoline would poke the target prog's nop insn using jmp insn instead
of call insn.
2. Another fexit loaded with the same tail_call_reachable prog target.
'tr->flags' became 'BPF_TRAMP_F_TAIL_CALL_CTX'.
3. Close the first fexit link. Due to no BPF_TRAMP_F_CALL_ORIG in
'tr->flags', the trampoline will fail to restore the prog's nop insn
using call insn.

Fix the warning by updating 'tr->flags' with '|=' and lock. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
virtio_net: Fix resize of the RX ring
When a AF_XDP socket is attached, the virtnet_rx_resize
should resize the rq->xsk_buffs XSK buffer array. Otherwise,
when the size grows, the virtnet_rx_resume() causes a write
past the end of the array. This is easily reproducable with
ethtool -G ens3 rx 32
./xdpsock -i eth0 -q 0 -r -z &
ethtool -G eth0 rx 256 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: mana: Cap MSI-X vectors to the device MSI-X table size
mana_gd_query_max_resources() sizes gc->num_msix_usable from resp.max_msix
and the CPU count, but never from the device MSI-X table. On a 1792 vCPU
M-series VM that yields 1793 while the table has 1024 entries, and
mana_gd_setup_remaining_irqs() then walks indices 1..1792, running off the
end of the region mapped by msix_map_region():
BUG: unable to handle page fault for address: ff8e347f8b99800c

RAX is index 1024 * PCI_MSIX_ENTRY_SIZE, one entry past the table.
msi_insert_desc() does range check the index, but only against the MSI
domain hwsize, which matches the table only for devices on an MSI parent
domain. With a global PCI/MSI domain hwsize is MSI_XA_DOMAIN_SIZE, so
nothing bounds the request.
Cap num_msix_usable with pci_msix_vec_count(). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
s390/zcrypt: Improve CCA CPRB length and overflow checks
The xcrb_msg_to_type6cprb_msgx() function lacks proper input
validation, creating security vulnerabilities:
1. Integer overflow after CEIL4 alignment: Signed int variables could
overflow during 4-byte boundary alignment, causing undersized
buffer allocations or incorrect bounds checking.
2. Missing minimum size validation: The CPRBX structure is copied from
userspace without verifying sufficient buffer length. Undersized
buffers cause uninitialized memory access when reading structure
fields like cprbx.cprb_len and cprbx.domain.
3. Arithmetic overflow in sum calculations: Adding control block and
data block sizes could overflow, bypassing size checks and enabling
buffer overflows.
Fix by using size_t for length calculations, adding U32_MAX boundary
checks after alignment, validating minimum control block size before
copying from userspace, and detecting sum calculation overflows. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
s390/zcrypt: Improve EP11 CPRB length and overflow checks
The xcrb_msg_to_type6_ep11cprb_msgx() function lacks proper input
validation, creating security vulnerabilities:
1. Missing minimum size validation: The ep11_cprb structure and
subsequent payload fields (pld_tag, pld_lenfmt) are copied from
userspace without verifying sufficient buffer length.
2. Arithmetic overflow in length calculations: CEIL4 alignment could
overflow, bypassing size checks and enabling buffer overflows.
3. The payload is asn1 encoded but the function just uses a simple c
struct overlay to access some fields of the payload.
Fix by using size_t for length calculations, adding U32_MAX boundary
checks after alignment, and validating minimum request size and
minimum reply size before copying from userspace. Do a very simple
asn1 parsing of the payload up to the function value field. |
| A vulnerability has been found in Netcore NR268 1.7.121109. This affects the function filter_arp_put_file_cgi of the file /router/filter_arp_put_file.cgi. The manipulation of the argument put_file leads to out-of-bounds read. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ip6_vti: set netns_immutable on the fallback device.
john1988 and Noam Rathaus reported that vti6_init_net() does not set the
netns_immutable flag on the per-netns fallback tunnel device (ip6_vti0).
Other similar tunnel drivers (like ip6_tunnel, sit, ip6_gre, and ip_tunnel)
correctly set this flag during their fallback device initialization to
prevent them from being moved to another network namespace. |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in Praat up to 7.0.02. Affected is the function whisper_model_load of the file external/whispercpp/whisper.cpp of the component Model Loader. The manipulation of the argument n_dims leads to out-of-bounds write. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The identifier of the patch is a910d21a2705ef4cd16d91f29cdc8da1ab1a7221. To fix this issue, it is recommended to deploy a patch. The project maintainer confirms: "We did a quick fix (suggested fix 1) for Praat version 7.0.03, and scheduled a better fix (suggested fix 2)." |
| FileRise is a self-hosted web-based file manager with multi-file upload, editing, and batch operations. From 3.9.0 until 3.22.0, pristine manual FileRise installations without PERSISTENT_TOKENS_KEY or metadata/persistent_tokens.key can activate a published legacy compatibility key. If an attacker separately obtains ciphertext-bearing account or configuration files, the known fallback key can enable decryption of TOTP secrets or credentials. Docker installations already generated a unique persistent key, and existing installations are not automatically rotated because doing so could make encrypted state unreadable. This issue is fixed in version 3.22.0. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.0, 12.1, and 12.2 is vulnerable to a buffer overrun in the TDS (Microsoft SQL Server) PRELOGIN packet decoder. A remote attacker who can send a specially crafted TDS PRELOGIN packet to a network monitored by an IBM Guardium Collector may cause a denial of service or potentially execute arbitrary code on the Collector appliance. |
| A vulnerability was detected in Kamailio up to 6.0.7/6.1.3. The affected element is the function isup_get_calling_party of the file src/modules/sipt/ss7_parser.c of the component sipt Module. The manipulation of the argument length results in buffer overflow. The attack may be performed from remote. Upgrading to version 6.0.8 and 6.1.4 is sufficient to fix this issue. The patch is identified as 3667bebf8d0bea07ed16218fd921d07db87aeb21. Upgrading the affected component is advised. |
| A vulnerability was found in PCMan FTP Server up to 2.0.7. This affects an unknown function of the component PORT Command Handler. The manipulation results in buffer overflow. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. |
| The unstructured library provides open-source components for ingesting and pre-processing images and text documents, such as PDFs, HTML, Word docs, and many more. Prior to 0.24.1, partition_html(html_parser_version="v2") and the VLM partitioner can preserve untrusted document tags, attributes, text, and link targets in metadata.text_as_html, while elements_to_html() emits the result as an HTML document. The to_html() path in unstructured/documents/ontology.py does not escape output or reject unsafe URL schemes, allowing event-handler attributes, attribute breakout markup, and javascript: links to survive parsing. When the generated HTML or text_as_html is rendered in a browser, attacker-controlled script can execute in the viewer's origin, including in document-ingestion workflows where a privileged reviewer opens submitted content. This issue is fixed in version 0.24.1. |
| A vulnerability was determined in ST Engineering iDirect iDX and Evo iDX. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the file /authorize of the component HTTP Request Handler. Executing a manipulation of the argument Success can lead to http response splitting. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. The validated environment is an EOL X7 (or an un-modelled legacy Evolution 21.x), and current supported releases (X10, X11, Velocity 5.x+) have no validated evidence of impact. This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer. |
| Komodo through 2.3.3 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability in the Periphery agent that allows unauthenticated attackers to connect as a trusted Core because empty core_public_keys and passkeys lists fail open by default. Attackers reaching port 8120 can present any generated keypair to issue Periphery API requests, including terminal sessions and container operations, executing commands on managed hosts typically as root. |
| A security vulnerability in HPE NonStop DNS 9.2.3 Non Secure Version could cause a Denial of Service. |
| A vulnerability was found in TRENDnet TEW-432BRP 3.10B20. Affected by this vulnerability is the function formTcpipSetup of the file /goform/formTcpipSetup. Performing a manipulation of the argument Name results in stack-based buffer overflow. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. The vendor confirms: "As this router was EOL'd in 2011, we have no way of testing if such vulnerability exists. We will notify our customers of a potential vulnerability on this product." This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer. |
| A vulnerability was detected in Wavlink WL-WN530BE1-A 251117. This vulnerability affects the function strcpy of the file /cgi-bin/ExportAllSettings.cgi of the component Settings Export CGI. Performing a manipulation of the argument HTTP_COOKIE/X-Cmd results in stack-based buffer overflow. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure. |
| A vulnerability was found in k2-fsa sherpa-onnx up to 1.13.8. This issue affects the function OfflineTransducerGreedySearchDecoder::Decode of the file sherpa-onnx/csrc/offline-transducer-greedy-search-decoder.cc of the component Offline Transducer Greedy Search Decoder. The manipulation of the argument vocab_size results in buffer overflow. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. If only official model packs are used and they always keep metadata consistent with the joiner, the bug may not be reachable in normal supported usage. However, from a security and robustness standpoint, the code still contains the vulnerability because it trusts unvalidated model metadata and can be triggered by a malformed or tampered model pack. |
