libautotrace.a in AutoTrace 0.31.1 has a heap-based buffer overflow in the ReadImage function in input-tga.c:528:7.
libcurl may read outside of a heap allocated buffer when doing FTP. When libcurl connects to an FTP server and successfully logs in (anonymous or not), it asks the server for the current directory with the `PWD` command. The server then responds with a 257 response containing the path, inside double quotes. The returned path name is then kept by libcurl for subsequent uses. Due to a flaw in the string parser for this directory name, a directory name passed like this but without a closing double quote would lead to libcurl not adding a trailing NUL byte to the buffer holding the name. When libcurl would then later access the string, it could read beyond the allocated heap buffer and crash or wrongly access data beyond the buffer, thinking it was part of the path. A malicious server could abuse this fact and effectively prevent libcurl-based clients to work with it - the PWD command is always issued on new FTP connections and the mistake has a high chance of causing a segfault. The simple fact that this has issue remained undiscovered for this long could suggest that malformed PWD responses are rare in benign servers. We are not aware of any exploit of this flaw. This bug was introduced in commit [415d2e7cb7](https://github.com/curl/curl/commit/415d2e7cb7), March 2005. In libcurl version 7.56.0, the parser always zero terminates the string but also rejects it if not terminated properly with a final double quote.
Document Liberation Project libmwaw before 2017-04-08 has an out-of-bounds write caused by a heap-based buffer overflow related to the MsWrd1Parser::readFootnoteCorrespondance function in lib/MsWrd1Parser.cxx.
A remote code execution vulnerability exists in the way affected Microsoft scripting engines render when handling objects in memory in Microsoft browsers. These vulnerabilities could corrupt memory in such a way that an attacker could execute arbitrary code in the context of the current user. An attacker who successfully exploited the vulnerability could gain the same user rights as the current user. If the current user is logged on with administrative user rights, an attacker who successfully exploited the vulnerability could take control of an affected system. An attacker could then install programs; view, change, or delete data; or create new accounts with full user rights. This vulnerability is different from those described in CVE-2017-0010, CVE-2017-0015, CVE-2017-0032, CVE-2017-0035, CVE-2017-0067, CVE-2017-0070, CVE-2017-0071, CVE-2017-0094, CVE-2017-0131, CVE-2017-0133, CVE-2017-0134, CVE-2017-0136, CVE-2017-0137, CVE-2017-0138, CVE-2017-0141, CVE-2017-0150, and CVE-2017-0151.
IrfanView version 4.44 (32bit) with FPX Plugin 4.46 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service via a crafted .fpx file, related to a "User Mode Write AV starting at FPX+0x0000000000001555."

IrfanView version 4.44 (32bit) with FPX Plugin 4.46 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service via a crafted .fpx file, related to a "Read Access Violation on Control Flow starting at FPX!FPX_GetScanDevicePropertyGroup+0x00000000000014eb."
The scripting engine in Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 through 11 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (memory corruption) via a crafted web site, aka "Scripting Engine Memory Corruption Vulnerability." This vulnerability is different from that described in CVE-2017-0040.
A remote code execution vulnerability in the Android media framework (libstagefright). Product: Android. Versions: 4.4.4, 5.0.2, 5.1.1, 6.0, 6.0.1, 7.0, 7.1.1, 7.1.2, 8.0. Android ID: A-62673128.
The fill_input_buffer function in jdatasrc.c in libjpeg-turbo 1.5.1 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (invalid memory access and application crash) or possibly have unspecified other impact via a crafted jpg file. NOTE: Maintainer asserts the issue is due to a bug in downstream code caused by misuse of the libjpeg API
libavcodec/x86/mpegvideo.c in libav 11.8 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) via a crafted file.
Heap-based buffer overflow in the flx_decode_delta_fli function in gst/flx/gstflxdec.c in the FLIC decoder in GStreamer before 1.10.2 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (application crash) via the start_line parameter.
When opening a Hangul Hcell Document (.cell) and processing a particular record within the Workbook stream, an index miscalculation leading to a heap overlow can be made to occur in Hancom Office 2014. The vulnerability occurs when processing data for a formula used to render a chart via the HncChartPlugin.hplg library. Due to a lack of bounds-checking when incrementing an index that is used for writing into a buffer for formulae, the application can be made to write pointer data outside its bounds which can lead to code execution under the context of the application.
An exploitable buffer overflow exists in the XLS parsing of the Lexmark Perspective Document Filters conversion functionality. A crafted XLS document can lead to a stack based buffer overflow resulting in remote code execution.
An exploitable heap overflow vulnerability exists in the Compound Binary File Format (CBFF) parser functionality of Lexmark Perceptive Document Filters library. A specially crafted CBFF file can cause a code execution. An attacker can send a malformed file to trigger this vulnerability.
An exploitable heap-based buffer overflow exists in the handling of TIFF images in LibTIFF's TIFF2PDF tool. A crafted TIFF document can lead to a heap-based buffer overflow resulting in remote code execution. Vulnerability can be triggered via a saved TIFF file delivered by other means.
An issue was discovered in certain Apple products. iOS before 10.2.1 is affected. Safari before 10.0.3 is affected. iCloud before 6.1.1 is affected. iTunes before 12.5.5 is affected. tvOS before 10.1.1 is affected. The issue involves the "WebKit" component. It allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (uninitialized memory access and application crash) via a crafted web site.
