CVSS v3.1 |
| A type confusion vulnerability in Palo Alto Networks GlobalProtectâ„¢ app on Windows enables a local user with low privileges to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition.
The GlobalProtectâ„¢ app on Linux, macOS, iOS, Android, and Chrome OS is not affected by this vulnerability. |
| A flaw was found in libsoup. When handling an incoming WebSocket Pong frame, SoupWebsocketConnection emitted the ::pong signal with a GByteArray pointer even though the signal is declared to pass a GBytes. Applications connecting a handler that follows the documented GBytes API can trigger heap corruption or a crash upon receiving a crafted Pong. |
| Renovate before 44.61.3 contains a protection mechanism bypass vulnerability that allows minimumReleaseAge checks to be skipped when a user requests a PR rebase via the rebase/retry checkbox. Attackers who publish a malicious dependency version can have it pushed into the PR and run in CI before the required release age elapses. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
bpf: don't rewrite bpf_fastcall patterns entered by a jump
mark_fastcall_pattern_for_call() must ensure that matched
"spill; call; fill" instruction series is not interrupted by a jump.
Otherwise the rewrite applied by bpf_remove_fastcall_spills_fills()
is not sound.
Record the instructions targeted by jumps in
insn_aux_data[*].jump_target when the CFG is built and use this flag
to stop growing a pattern at such an instruction. Jumps to the first
spill are fine.
Note that existing insn_aux_data[*].jmp_point field can't be reused,
as it marks subprogram return instructions. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
bpf: Mark NULL kptr stores precise
check_map_kptr_access() permits a scalar store into an untrusted kptr
field only when the register is known to contain zero. Unlike other
verifier checks whose outcome depends on a scalar value, it does not mark
that register precise.
A state checkpoint reached with an imprecise zero can therefore prune a
second path that reaches the store with an arbitrary nonzero scalar. The
program can write attacker-controlled bits into the kptr field and load
them back as a PTR_TO_BTF_ID.
Call mark_chain_precision() before accepting a known-zero register. This
forces state equivalence to compare its scalar range and makes the verifier
visit and reject a path carrying a nonzero value. |
| ImageMagick before 6.9.13-57 and 7.x before 7.1.2-32 contains a type confusion flaw in the INFO, JSON and YAML encoders, where an internal method receives a pointer of an unexpected type when writing an image in a compressed format. An attacker who can cause such an image write can trigger a SIGABRT or SIGSEGV, crashing the process and causing denial of service. |
| IBM DataPower Gateway 10.5.0.0 through 10.5.0.22, 10.6.1 through 10.6.6, 10.6.0.0 through 10.6.0.10, and 11.0.0.0 through 11.0.0.2 could allow an attacker to cause a denial of service due to a type confusion flaw. |
| FileRise is a self-hosted web-based file manager with multi-file upload, editing, and batch operations. Prior to 3.23.0, FileRise stores failed TOTP verification attempts in $_SESSION. An attacker who already possesses a target account's valid primary credential can restart the login workflow in a new session and restore the second-factor attempt allowance, permitting continued online TOTP guessing beyond the intended five-attempt limit. The pending-login TOTP handlers did not share a durable account-wide limit. This issue is fixed in version 3.23.0. |
| Type confusion in V8 in Google Chrome prior to 155.0.8059.39 allowed a remote attacker to potentially execute arbitrary code inside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium) |
| Type confusion in V8 in Google Chrome prior to 155.0.8059.79 allowed a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code inside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) |
| A weakness has been identified in macrozheng mall up to 1.0.3. This vulnerability affects the function OmsPortalOrderServiceImpl of the file /order/generateOrder of the component mall-portal. This manipulation of the argument coupon_amount/pay_amount causes business logic errors. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The vendor deleted the GitHub issue for this vulnerability without any explanation. |
| Access of resource using incompatible type ('type confusion') in .NET and Visual Studio allows an unauthorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network. |
| Access of resource using incompatible type ('type confusion') in Windows StateRepository API allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Access of resource using incompatible type ('type confusion') in RPC Runtime allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| Access of resource using incompatible type ('type confusion') in Windows Device Association Service allows an authorized attacker to disclose information locally. |
| Access of resource using incompatible type ('type confusion') in Windows Ancillary Function Driver for WinSock allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |

| A user who can open a fork pull request can place workflow content with a shared run-level concurrency group into a Gitea Actions run that is awaiting approval. When a later run in that group cancels the blocked job, the run becomes terminal while still marked as needing approval. If a maintainer later approves the run, Gitea passed the already-cancelled job back through concurrency preparation, set it to waiting, and made it claimable by a matching runner, executing fork-controlled workflow code. Exploitation requires the maintainer's later approval action, Actions to be enabled, and a runner that accepts the repository's jobs. |
| RT-Thread through 5.3.0 contains a memory corruption vulnerability in the legacy USB CDC virtual COM port driver that aliases rx_ringbuffer as a Serial V2 rt_serial_rx_fifo in _function_enable(). A connected USB host configuring the CDC device triggers writes past the ring buffer into struct vcom members and an invalid rt_free() on close, causing denial of service. |
| A vulnerability was identified in deepseek-ai deepseek-harness up to 0.1.1-rc.2. This affects the function agent of the component dsh-workflow-worker-thread. The manipulation leads to enforcement of behavioral workflow. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
