CVSS v3.1 |
| No description is available for this CVE. |
| OWASP Coraza WAF is a golang modsecurity compatible web application firewall library. From 3.4.0 until 3.8.0, the multipart processor in internal/bodyprocessors/multipart.go treats io.ErrUnexpectedEOF as nonfatal without setting MULTIPART_STRICT_ERROR. A remote attacker can submit a truncated multipart body that produces io.ErrUnexpectedEOF, causing parsing to stop without raising the strict-error signal used by the recommended defensive rule. Rules 200002 and 200003 do not fire, allowing multipart parser-disagreement payloads to reach a backend that interprets the truncated body differently. This issue is fixed in version 3.8.0. |
| Dell Secure Connect Gateway (SCG) Policy Manager, versions prior to 5.34.00.16, contains an Improper Check for Unusual or Exceptional Conditions vulnerability. A high privileged attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Information tampering and Protection mechanism bypass. |
| The AsyncHttpClient (AHC) library allows Java applications to easily execute HTTP requests and asynchronously process HTTP responses. Prior to 3.0.13 and 2.16.1, Realm.Builder treats a Digest challenge that yields no usable nonce as a Basic challenge. A malicious origin or proxy can label a challenge Digest while omitting or emptying the nonce, causing the client to resend the username and password using reversible Basic authentication. Both origin and proxy challenge parsers are affected. This issue is fixed in versions 3.0.13 and 2.16.1. |
| Improper Handling of Exceptional Conditions vulnerability in the aspnet-request pattern converter of Apache log4net.
Reading request parameters triggers ASP.NET request validation, so a request carrying content such as markup made the layout throw and the appender discarded the whole event. A sender could suppress the log record of their own request. Only applications on ASP.NET for .NET Framework whose layout uses %aspnet-request are affected.
This issue affects Apache log4net: from 1.2.11 before 3.5.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.5.0, which fixes the issue. |
| @fastify/jwt is a JSON Web Token plugin for the Fastify web framework. In versions before 10.2.3, a time span passed to expiresIn, notBefore, or maxAge that the plugin's parser cannot read, such as a compound span, a month unit, an ISO 8601 duration, a decimal comma, or a value with surrounding whitespace, is silently dropped instead of refused. On the signing path this produces a token with no expiration claim that never expires, and on the verification path a configured maxAge stops being enforced, so a token that should be rejected for age is accepted. The issue is fixed in @fastify/jwt 10.2.3, and users should upgrade to 10.2.3 or later. As a workaround, pass these options as a number of seconds, or verify that any time-span string parses to a finite value before relying on it. |
| The AsyncHttpClient (AHC) library allows Java applications to easily execute HTTP requests and asynchronously process HTTP responses. In 3.0.12, a peer offering only Digest qop=auth-int causes mutual-authentication verification to be skipped. AuthenticatorUtils.computeExpectedRspAuth returns no expected value for auth-int, and Interceptors treats that result as unverifiable but nonfatal, so a response with an invalid rspauth value is accepted. A peer that does not know the shared secret can therefore be accepted as the authenticated server. This issue is fixed in version 3.0.13. |
| vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. Prior to 0.30.0, structured-output request failures can escape request-scoped validation and reach the EngineCore fatal-error path. A per-request backend mismatch can re-raise a grammar compilation exception, padding produced by the ngram_gpu speculative-decoding mode can pass a negative token to guidance validation, and the Rust frontend can admit empty structured-output values that the Python frontend rejects, allowing ordinary constrained-generation requests to terminate the shared engine. This issue is fixed in version 0.30.0. |
| improper handling of exceptional conditions, Missing release of resource after effective lifetime vulnerability in Apache Thrift java bindings.
This issue affects Apache Thrift: before 0.25.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 0.25.0, which fixes the issue. |
| Mattermost versions 11.9.x <= 11.9.0, 11.8.x <= 11.8.4, 11.7.x <= 11.7.7, 10.11.x <= 10.11.22 fail to validate null entries in Microsoft Graph webhook notification payloads, which allows an unauthenticated attacker to crash the Microsoft Calendar plugin process and deny calendar integration service to all users on the instance via a crafted {{POST}} request to the public webhook endpoint.. | Mattermost versions 11.9.x <= 11.9.0, 11.8.x <= 11.8.4, 11.7.x <= 11.7.7, 10.11.x <= 10.11.22 fail to validate the type of `fields.properties` on block creation which allows an authenticated user with editor access to a board to crash the Boards plugin worker and trigger a denial of service via a child block whose `fields.properties` is a non-object value. | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net/sched: act_api: release tail references on DELACTION failure
A batched RTM_DELACTION request takes a temporary reference on each
action before attempting any deletion. tcf_action_delete() clears
each processed slot and drops its temporary reference before attempting
the deletion. If deletion fails, tca_action_gd() calls
tcf_action_put_many() to release the remaining references, but its
tcf_act_for_each_action() iterator stops at the first NULL slot.
When a batch stops at an action bound to a filter, this leaks a
reference on each subsequent action. A later delete of an unbound
action can then return success without removing it from the IDR.
Walk the full array in tcf_action_put_many() and skip NULL slots to
release the references held on the unprocessed actions. |
| PyJWT is a Python implementation of JSON Web Token standards. From 2.9.0 until 2.14.0, PyJWKSet does not catch the plain ValueError raised for malformed RSA JWK components by RSAAlgorithm.from_jwk in jwt/api_jwk.py. This occurs when a JWK Set contains a malformed RSA key alongside otherwise usable keys. As a result, one malformed member aborts construction of the entire PyJWKSet. Consequently, applications can experience authentication failures or request-level denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 2.14.0. |
| Undefined behavior in the DOM: Streams component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox ESR 153.4, Thunderbird 157, Thunderbird 140.17, Thunderbird 153.4, Firefox 157, Firefox ESR 115.42, and Firefox ESR 140.17. |
| Zebra before 6.3.0 contains an improper exceptional condition check in ChainSync::obtain_tips that discards valid one-hash FindBlocks responses, falsely reporting close-to-tip status. Peers returning only the next block hash cause a zero-length sync sample, making the /ready endpoint return 200 OK while the node remains behind the tip. |
| improper handling of exceptional conditions, Allocation of resources without limits or throttling, Uncaught exception vulnerability in Apache Thrift Java bindings.
This issue affects Apache Thrift: before 0.25.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 0.25.0, which fixes the issue. |
| Envoy is an open source edge and service proxy designed for cloud-native applications. Prior to 1.36.10, 1.37.6, 1.38.4, and 1.39.1, Envoy's Utility::copyInternetAddressAndPort and QUIC client-address paths reconstruct scoped IPv6 addresses through addressAsString and Ipv6Instance. The string includes a percent scope identifier that inet_pton cannot parse, causing an exception or abort. Kernel-provided scoped IPv6 destinations in ORIGINAL_DST transparent-proxy deployments, and affected QUIC connection paths, can therefore terminate the process. The relevant scope boundary is that the HTTP use_http_header override rejects scoped addresses earlier; the advisory's crash path requires a kernel-provided original destination or the affected QUIC path. This issue is fixed in versions 1.36.10, 1.37.6, 1.38.4, and 1.39.1. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
nvdimm: pmem: keep PREFLUSH before data writes
pmem_submit_bio() records a REQ_PREFLUSH error, but continues to copy the
bio data and can later overwrite the error with a successful REQ_FUA flush.
That lets data writes run after a failed preflush and can complete the bio
successfully despite the failed ordering barrier.
Run the REQ_PREFLUSH flush synchronously before touching the bio data and
complete the bio with the flush error if it fails. Keep asynchronous flush
chaining for REQ_FUA. At that point, data copy has completed and the parent
bio can wait for the chained flush bio. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
scsi: core: Do not block on tag allocation in scsi_eh_lock_door()
scsi_eh_lock_door() is called from scsi_restart_operations() while the
host is still in the SHOST_RECOVERY state, i.e. before the host is
switched back to SHOST_RUNNING and scsi_run_host_queues() restarts the
queues. It allocates a request via scsi_alloc_request() with no flags,
so blk_mq_get_tag() may block waiting for a free sched tag when all tags
are already in use.
Those tags can be held by commands that were just requeued by
scsi_eh_flush_done_q() during error handling. Such commands cannot be
dispatched until the host leaves SHOST_RECOVERY and
scsi_run_host_queues() is called - which only happens *after*
scsi_eh_lock_door() returns.
This forms a circular dependency:
- scsi_eh_lock_door(), running in the SCSI error handler thread, waits
for a sched tag held by a requeued command;
- the requeued command cannot complete and release its sched tag until
the error handler thread leaves scsi_restart_operations() and restart
the queues.
For devices with a single driver tag (e.g. USB storage) it is a
guaranteed deadlock and I/O that can never be submitted. This problem
has also been reproduced in our environment.
Locking the door is a best-effort operation, and scsi_eh_lock_door()
already returns silently when the request allocation fails. Pass
BLK_MQ_REQ_NOWAIT to scsi_alloc_request() so the allocation fails
instead of blocking when no tag is available. This breaks the circular
dependency and allows the error handler to finish restarting the queues,
after which the pending commands are dispatched normally. |
