| A flaw was found in Quay. A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the OAuth callback handler allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary JavaScript code within a user's browser session. By tricking a logged-in user into visiting a specially crafted link, an attacker can exploit improper input sanitization to run client-side scripts in the application context. Successful exploitation could allow the attacker to compromise the user's session, access sensitive registry information, or perform unauthorized actions on their behalf. |
| A flaw was found in SSSD. An unprivileged local user can repeatedly request lookups for nonexistent entries through the Name Service Switch (NSS) responder. Because the negative cache does not limit the total number of stored entries and only removes expired records when an existing key is rechecked, the cache can grow without bound. This behavior can lead to memory exhaustion, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS) as the responder becomes unresponsive or terminates. |

A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by tricking a user into opening content that embeds or references a specially crafted CID-keyed font. | A flaw was found in Dogtag PKI (pki-core). The CMCAuthForEST authentication plugin fails open when an EST fullcmc enrollment request is submitted via BasicAuth without an end-user TLS client certificate. The SSL_CLIENT_CERT session attribute retains the EST subsystem's agent certificate, which causes downstream authorization checks to treat the request as agent-privileged. An authenticated EST user can exploit this to obtain CA-signed certificates with arbitrary subject names. |
